STEP 1: Discovery

We start with a content strategy call where we document your brand’s vision, mission, and core values. We then offer suggestions to refine your messaging to better address your customers concerns. Your Content Assessment continues to evolve throughout the program as we A/B test and discover better and better messaging strategies.

STEP 2: Strategy

Now that we know what makes your business unique, and we have an idea of your user’s friction points are on their path, we can prioritize these issues found in your analytics and make hypothesis on what to change. This custom CRO strategy is driven by your data to show us where your funnel is loosing conversions and where we need to change things to gain better traction. 

STEP 3: Testing

Once we are ready to roll out changes, can opt to create 2 different versions of the same page adn then split your traffic up between them to see which one generates better conversions. A/B tests are created and run (for usually between 4-8 weeks) to validate our theories on what will improve your results and set your audience on a conversion path. 

STEP 3: Launch

Once we know the winner on an A/B test, we conclude the test, keeping the new landing page champion on the site. We then move into the next test improvement hypothesis. This iterates out teaching us what works best for your audience so that we can help you scale that user-path into a super-highway!
